Supported Housing Project Manager
Salary scale £26,516 - £28,270, point 29 to 31 Scale (37 hours per week) plus On-call (for which an additional payment will be made)
The post holder would be responsible for the day to day management of Supported Housing Services in and around the North of Anglesey, which includes a 9 bed 24 hour staffed hostel for young people aged 16 to 25, a range of self-contained properties as well as a floating support service, plus any other as developed.
Ensuring the provision of a high quality service, the day to day support and direction of the staff team and compliance with the aims of the Housing Support Grant and related service specifications.
Ideally applicants would be expected to have:
A relevant qualification and or at least 3 years’ experience in the field of tenancy related support services and housing management
Experience of staff management
A working knowledge of related Health & Safety issues
Experience of finance and budget management
Empathy and understanding of the needs of young homeless people

Substance Misuse Outreach Worker
Gwynedd and Ynys Mon
Salary Pt 19 to 21 - £18,870.12 - £20,273.56 (Pro rata – 35 hours per week)
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced worker for an Open Access Outreach Service for adult substance misusers, delivering sustainable drop in sessions in appropriate community settings across the counties of Gwynedd and Ynys Mon, including the Lighthouse Day Centre in Holyhead which will also provide the office base. This is a temporary post for 9 months.
Post holders will be required to work in partnership and alongside the harm reduction team, delivering holistic services that aim to address issues that may be impacting and contributing to an individual’s substance misuse. This may include providing advice, support, information, or onward referral in relation to housing or homelessness, welfare benefits, healthcare, debt, education, training or employment opportunities. Additionally, assistance may also be required in meeting service users basic needs e.g. access to food, shelter, clothing etc.
Ideally applicants would be expected to:
Have an appropriate qualification/experience of working with substance misusers or homeless people
Have experience in delivering person centred support services
Have a flexible approach to working hours
The ability to drive and having access to a car is essential
The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English.
The successful candidate will require an enhanced DBS check that will be processed by Digartref Cyf
