Are you passionate about supporting young people aged 16 to 24, who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, to make lasting positive changes in their lives? If yes, we would like to hear from you.

 

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced worker to provide a Floating Support service to young people or young parents aged 16-24 who are living in independent accommodation within the community and require tenancy related support on the Island of Anglesey to maintain their accommodation in line with the Housing Support Grant in Wales.

 

Ideally applicants would be expected to:

 

• Have experience of working with vulnerable young people with complex support needs

• Have working knowledge of housing related issues

• Have a flexible approach to working hours, this may include evenings & weekends 

• Have an appropriate qualification/experience in a similar role

• The ability to drive and having access to a car is essential

 

 

Please note, this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
