LIGHTHOUSE

A drop in Day Centre for those aged 18 upwards who are sleeping rough, homeless, threatened with homelessness or in housing difficulty. 

MEDIATION & FAMILY LED INTERVENTION WORKSHOPS

The service delivers Mediation, and a number of workshops: ESCAPE and ECLIPS for parents, Parallel Lines for young people and Seasons for Growth for young people (13+) and adults. 

 

The above workshops focus on Better Communication, Managing Challenging Behaviours and Resilience

LEARN4LIFE

An Agored Cymru Accredited programme for young people aged 16-25 who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) – those furthest away from the job market.

advice & RESETTLEMENT

Offers advice and support about what you should do if you are at risk of homelessness or are homeless?

RAPID REHOUSING

The project based in Holyhead providing 2 self-contained flats for those aged 25 plus, who are homeless and/or who have been placed in temporary accommodation such as B&B  by the local authority. 

collaborative outreach

Substance Misuse and Complex Needs workers support people with homelessness, housing and other needs, working in partnership with the Harm Reduction Team across Anglesey & Gwynedd.

llety pontio

Llety Pontio provides interim self-contained fully furnished accommodation and intensive tenancy-based support for up to 12 weeks for young people aged 16-24 who are threatened with homelessness, or in housing difficulty.

This Service offers support for young people aged 16 – 24 who:

Have their own tenancy or who are requiring support to gain their own tenancy on Anglesey.
