Supported Housing

A range of temporary supported housing schemes for young people aged 16 to 24 who are homeless, at risk of being homeless or in housing difficulty.

Lighthouse Day Centre

A Drop In Day Centre for those aged 18 and over who are sleeping rough, homeless, threatened with homelessness or in housing difficulty.

Mediation & Family led intervention workshops

The service delivers mediation and a number of workshops for parents, young people and adults.

Learn4Life

An Agored Cymru accredited programme for young people aged 16 - 25 who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) - Those furthest away from the job market.

Advice & Resettlement

Offers advice and support about what you should do if you are at risk of homelessness or are homeless.

Rapid Rehousing

A Holyhead based Project providing 2 self-contained flats for those aged 25 plus who are homeless and/or who have been placed in temporary accommodation such as B&B by local authority

Collaborative Outreach

Substance Misuse and Complex needs workers support people with homelessness, housing and other needs, working in partnership with the harm reduction team across Anglesey and Gwynedd

Llety Pontio 

Llety Pontio provides interim self-contained fully furnished accommodation and intensive tenancy-based support for 12 weeks for young people aged 16-24 who are threatened with homelessness or housing difficulty

Floating Support

This service offers support for young people aged 16-24 who have their own tenancy or who are requiring support to gain their own tenancy on Anglesey

Gwreiddiau Môn Roots Project

The Gwreiddiau Mon Roots project will deliver a range of services alongside its partners that aim to prevent homelessness, and address the stigma and prejudice faced by homeless people.

Prisoner Release Service

Digartref Cyf offers an intensive support service to those released from prison and identified as having a history of repeat homelessness and being required to return to prison, ‘Revolving Door’ situations.

Rural Drop-Ins

Digartref Cyf and project partners provide multi-agency drop-ins/surgeries across rural parts of Anglesey, utilising village halls and community centres. In addition, offering 1to1 support and advice sessions.
