The Rapid Rehousing project based in Holyhead provides 4 self-contained flats for those aged 25 plus, who are homeless and/or who have been placed in temporary accommodation such as B&B  by the local authority. The properties are self-contained, fully furnished and equipped, ensuring immediate access for those moving into this scheme.

 

Those eligible, are required to work with a Digartref support worker to identify and address holistically any identified support needs, with the overall aim of moving – on and maintaining long term accommodation.

 

Digartref Cyf, works proactively with the client alongside Anglesey County Council’s housing options team to secure suitable longer-term housing for the client with follow-on support in relation to the new tenancy for a further period.
