O’Toole Centre can help you get all the benefits you are entitled to, advise and help you claim the right benefits, tax credits and discretionary payments, maximise your income, explain how your benefits are affected if your circumstances change, help you to appeal if you disagree with a benefit decision and help you deal with other problems with your benefits.

We work for people in housing need across Wales and prevent people from losing their homes by offering free, confidential and independent advice. When necessary we constructively challenge on behalf of people to ensure they are properly assisted and to improve practice and learning.
