Hwb Hillgrove is our new 24-hour staff covered 18 bed supported housing service for young people who have experienced or at risk of homelessness. The project was officially launched on June 16th 2025.

Hillgrove is a cross county, supported housing residential facility for those aged 16 to 25, ensuring a stable and supportive environment, one that is enabling, that assists vulnerable young people who are homeless or in housing need to develop independent living skills as well as providing opportunities to access training, learning and education, and to support them to move on to live successful independent lives and reduce further incidences of homelessness.
